Ovarian cysts are formed by eggs that don't emerge completely and can cause the release of hormones that may interfere with preganancy. Even if you aren't pregnant, they can mess up your period.

I have numerous cysts on my ovaries and have had 1 healthy child and I'm pregnant with number 2.
Only her doctor could tell her if the cyst was causing a problem with pregnancy because of placement or other issues. It is possible though to have a healthy pregnancy while having a cyst.

I believe that you can successfully carry a baby til full term even with a cyst it depends on the size and exact location it is on the ovary.I am sorry for your cousins loss, this is why it is so important to have annual exams.

No, i doubt it. ovarian cysts unless, large and over grown through out your ovaries and uterus will not affect the outcome of the pregnancy. there are a lot of factors of why we have miscarriages, it could be any number of things.
