I am an adult, but had pretty much the same taste in music as a teen as I do now. I love rousing marches. I like orchestral music by Brahms, Mozart (especially the French Horn concertos), and Bartok, baroque music, high school band music (especially the Christmas Music) and, I also enjoy country music and sacred music(Not Contemporary).
As an interesting contradiction to myself, I love the music that no longer is available by the group that did that lip sync and were busted and no longer are a group. I forget their name, but it's on the tip of my tongue.

I like anything from the original rock and roll sounds of Buddy Holly , Bill Haley and the Comets, Elvis Presley, etc through the Doo Wop music(The Diamond, The Five Satins,etc) to classic rock (The Eagles, Jefferson Airplane, Chicago, The Beatles). Never been overly fond of Disco music, Too many disco songs sounded alike. Liked mostly songs by the Bee Gees,and a few others. I experienced all these eras firsthand so I guess that makes me an adult many times over.

i like rap and some r&b and a lil bit of rock. i lke faster beats after i been up for awhile or after work. in the morning i like the slow stuff. it also depends on my mood too. but generally i prefer fast stuff. and i like any lyrics if it has a good beat. but i prefer the creative lyrists. im 19

I like anything with a loud bass, medium tempo and good but not long guitar solo. But i'm really getting into soft rock right now, sad songs and love songs. i'm a teenager.
