2 soldiers were kidnapped by Hezbollah. Is the destruction that's been meted on Lebanon to lives and property justifiably commensurate with the kidnap?

Without the benefit of having enough knowledge I feel that Israel is acting badly and the destruction of Lebanon is evil. The people do not deserve the treatment they are getting. Both sides have done wrong, but Israel has made themselves the agressors and need to stop

Nothing that has happened in the middle east is justified from kidnapping of 2 soldiers or bombing of towns.
Its a sad fact of the world that for as long as man has existed war will as we lack the capacity to share land, wealth and resources.

To ONENAME.

I would rather the two Israelis die then 300 more lebanese citizens are killed. Israel needs to step back to allow a EU force, not a UN one, to take the buffer reigons.

Think about it, Lebanon has a special position with Europe, its a close ally of ours. We are trusted by the Lebanese, unlike the Americans, and we dont pander to Israels every whim.
