Your PC likely does not have enough power in the USB to charge it. Get an external charger or plug into the wall.

Does it look like its charging when its connected? Mine flashes charging for hours and still cuts out when i try to use it, whether i charge by PC, wall, or docking station. EVen if it looks full it just switches off sometimes.
