I do about 100 crunches and 25 push ups and that's after a 2 mile run.

I do squats and use one of those athletic rubber ropes for muscle toning in the arms. I do about 30 squats and 30 arm toners.

i don't do crunches, but 100 sit ups, and 50 push ups, but i also do an array of activities.
