lots of people think it is a bad country but i think that India is the best country suited to lead the world in the next decade. India is a powerful country and its citizens are brilliant. India is very rich country and has many unutilized resources. Indians can be found in top positions all across the globe.
India is the shining star of this world and the beauty of the landscape is just amazing. The simplicity of the rural areas and the nightlife of banglore and mumbai are amazing contrasts and the country offers a peaceful existense to all.

I have not been there but figure it would be nice to visit, if only to learn how other cultures exist outside the one I roll through everyday.
India isn't "stealing" jobs any more than the "Colonies" did from Britain 200+ years ago.
Folks have to recognize that this has happened before and will happen again in the future. They are MANY countries on the planet coming into their own and I bet the 21st century is going to show us there will no longer be *just* 2 "super power" countries.
India should be appreciated for what it is - a fellow country on this planet with folks trying to improve their stake as much as any American would. So, whine all you want but as long as it is cheaper for them to get by, they'll outbid us every time.
That all said, I have no idea whether India should/would/will lead this planet. It'd obviously be a shock to many, but can't rule it out I suppose.

It is a beautiful country and I'd love to visit...but I think the country has a long way to go before leading the world. Even the history of the country shows that they have always struggled with ruling themselves and not being ruled by others.
***Edit
brith-british? I just took a class on the history of India. Before the British, the country was ruled by foreign Moguls. Then the British came, kicked them out, and started to rule India themselves. (showing that the country had always been ruled by foreigners at that point) When India finally gained independence, after decades of being ruled by foreigners...they all fought over how to rule the country, how to make each religious group happy, and so on. Some wanted to get rid of the caste system, some, like Gandhi, didn't. They couldn't figure out the best way to rule themselves...like I said.
Do I know more about your country then you do?

Aussies gained on organic cheating. First Ponting no longer jogging whilst he had nicked a ball on 17. Then Symonds no longer given out two times (as quickly as getting a thick component and yet over lower back a nasty determination whilst he replaced into stumped). Then Wasim Jaffer given out on a no-ball. In india's 2d innings Ganguly and Dravid have been wrongly given out. Even RP Singh and Dhoni have been struck outdoors the line and the ball could have actually neglected the stumps yet nonetheless they have been given out LBW. the thoughts have been loaded in Australia's favour. additionally with a definite stylish southpaw greater in touch approximately Ms Padukone than his batting what have been the probabilities of him scoring plenty? For me the Indians have been winners or perhaps concept there have been many incorrect umpiring judgements the Indians fought brilliantly.

It always looks like a slum on "The Amazing Race" with cows wandering the streets. Do people really worship cows there? Are there lots of car accidents between cars and cows?

Well, it is truly a great country. And worth to be visited.
And it could be better, if the number of crimes go down.

I tell you what I think of India. They steal our jobs because they can live on a fraction of what it costs for us in the US to pay for basic necessities.
Why don't they create their own jobs there instead of stealing ours. And then they come here and start companies to outsource even more work to India.
