Do you mean it's twitching? It's normal to have an eye twitch--it's called a tic. If that is the case and you have a tic, you need rest and less stress. Get a few good nights of sleep; cut down/cut out caffeine.

If it keeps bothering you, ask your doctor.

If your eye muscles are twitching i would say it is nothing to worry about unless it really bothers you, in which case go to the doctor. My husband had the same problem and it is usually a lack of magnesium in the diet that causes muscle cramps and twitching. Good food sources for magnesium include cashew nuts, almonds, spinach, broccoli and lean beef, or you could get a supplement from the chemist. The B group of vitamins are also good for your muscles so maybe increase your intake of those (animal products, fortified cerials, green veg, sunflower seeds, pork, tuna).

That happens to me with my right eye, mostly when I'm tired or fatigued. My doctor said its nothing to worry about.

I recall reading that too much masturbating causes a condition known as,"jumping eye,(s)". If this doesn't apply please disregard, but if so,try restraining yourself for a while to determine if this halts the problem.
