Great. If that were ever to happen then we'd get thousands of new questions here about "I'm an alien, what's the average size of an alien man's member, does size matter to alien women, I just had unprotected alien sex am I pregnant, my alien bf wants to stick it up my ********, do alien women like having ******* sex, blah, blah, blah."
Just stick to humans, we should be challenging enough for anyone.

Well their would have to be determining factors, first of all They would have to share basic traits with humans. People have been claiming alien abduction for years, and experienced strange experiments were done to them, women claim to have had eggs removed and men have had sperm, so theat would mean a sort of genetic crossbreeding, so if that were the case you could totally get it on with an alien, if you don't mind the green skin!!!!!
