No one will know if there's a sarcophagus, because those that are there to protect it won't tell the secret:D.

Jews of that period were buried in ossuaries, small white, rock or masonery boxes. The body was allowed to decay for a year, then the bones were put into the ossuary. A very famous archaeological group of ossuaries were found several years ago in Israel which had Christian symbols on them. All of the ossuaries found predated the Roman destruction of the city.
