when he always there 4 u in a good time and in a bad time. When he comes and talk to u without any work.askig about ur health when u where not feel good. And most impotant is that when he always passess a sweet and cute smile and say "hi"when u meet him and say "bye" when u r going out.
HE love ur company.

the simplest answer is to ask him, but i know from experiance that that is hard! Sometimes a guy will be mean to you ( i never get way they take this approach) or he will just act really weird around you ( i like this one) or he will tell you. But my personal favorite is having one of my friends ask him.
P.S. if you like him then tell him you like him and let him act.

I would say ask him. Some signs that he likes you are that he keeps staring at you, he always talks about you, he always wants to hang out, and/or he keeps trying to come close to you.
Ask him out if you want to.
