How many scrotums are we supposed to have ?
I guess every Male Earthling has one cant say about Martians and other aliens if you meant to say that you have one testicle and if you can perform alright there is nothing to worry about and if you have an undecended testicle take the homeopathic remedy AURUM MET 30C thrice a day half hour before meals .

Scrotum- The pouch (a small bag) suspended from the groin in the male and containing the testicles. In vigorous athletic contests, the scrotum must usually be protected by an athletic supporter (jock-strap). The scrotum has a temperature slightly lower than the body; this appears to be an essential condition for production of sperm.
There is nothing wrong with one scrotum.

Nothing wrong. Unless you have pain in your lower abdomen. Take it serious. Some time it may cause somany problems, like Infertility and Necrosed testis. In God's creation every one must have two testicles in two sides in one scrotum bag. But your condition, medically known as Undescended Testis. One testis is still in your abdomen, hangin there. you need to see a Uro / General surgeon, to bring it down in your scrotum. Still in this modern world so many people are not aware of this condition. As Ms.B says, it is not a Hydrocele- is H2o around the testis in the scrotal sac.(may be bi / unilateral) No medicine will help you. only the surgery is the source. Best of luck

all men have only one scrotum
most have tow testicles within the scrotum. Learn what the names are for the different parts of the anatomy

It is normal to have 1 scrotum. It typically contains 2 testicles.

hard to beleive but it is meant to look like that, it was due to a surplus of elbow skin at the humanoid factory back in the day,,quite valuable now i hear, like ivory, bawbag hide fetches a mighty price on the street markets of thailand.
