Israel is ready to invade Lebanon. Bush won't speak on the conflict. Why? He doesn't have a problem invading other countries, why doesn't he make a stand and stick to it?

As usual, the Bush sheep are on the defensive. You are saying that Israel should determine it's own destiny? I agree. Shouldn't Iraq be permitted to do the same? Or don't you idiots remember the Civil War in the United States? Had Bush been King of Great Britain, maybe we would be saying "God save the king" right now. You people need to get an education.

Because he has no idea of what a stand is. He does whatever Dick Cheney tells him to do.

Why on earth should he invade anyone? This is a conflict between two groups of people who cannot stand each other. From what I have seen on the news, Israel would live in peace if left alone. It looks like the Hezbollah just wants them dead - just because, because -- said they don't have a right to exist. What kind of thinking is that? Thank God I was raised in a home where religion, politics, and race were not discussed - because they didn't matter in our family. Anyone was welcomed who was honest, trustworthy, just good people.

By the way, what else would you like to blame Pres. Bush for? He has more on his plate than any president I can think of during our history as a nation.

Yeah, so what about it? some other country invade other country and the President have to say something about it? By the way, he did said that Israel has the right to defend. Or maybe that is not what you want to hear?

Israel can take care of themselves in that regard. Plus, Iran is really behind this. If the US gets involved, that is like a green light for Iran to attack. I think Bush knows more about what is going on than you or I do.

Israel is looking to recover her Soldiers. Mr. Bush is supporting the rights of the Israelis to do what is needed in response. I am sure the questioner was looking at this as if we(USA) should scold someone? Maybe if the UN would do the job it promised in this area we wouldn't see such silly questions on these boards...

Bush has said Israel has right to defend herself.

Maybe you weren't listening or he didn't say what you want to hear. But he has spoken, he has taken a stance, and thus far he has stuck to it.

I think he's a great man who does what needs to be done despite the hate all around him. You don't know all that's going on so your criticisms, like most liberals, is presumptuous and without merit.

He has alot on his mind, and he doesn't know exactly what to do. If he invades, people will protest, if he doesn't people will protest, he's just trying to do what he thinks is right.
