Sorry, I can't relate to your cold, I'm in Iraq right now...so to stay warm, we step outside. However if I were to give you some suggestions. A blanket, a fire, a hot cup of tea, and turn the thermostat up.

Move to Mississippi, I swear to you, you will never be cold again, ever in your life, as a matter of fact you will pray for cool weather, you will also have one hell of an electric bill cause you pretty much run the air conditioner 24/7,365.

Here in Canada, we double up on clothing. It's called layering. But right now I wish I were in your place. It is so hot here, I am sitting still and yet water is pouring off me.
