I'm a guy and not only in schoo but even in stores other guys stare at my lips.. I know my lips are sexy and all but other guys stare at it . Like even when I talk they just stare at my lips and smile. I mean everywhere I go. I'm bi and even straight guys stare at my lips. Once this guy told his girlfriend out loud "he has nice lips" pointing at me. Is it normal for other guys to stare. Are they curious. Whats your opinion. jellybean025@gmail.com

I think it highly unlikely this is happening, but I'm willing to believe you see it that way. Frankly, most people are just not that rude to stare at you this way.
Now when we are talking, the eyes and the lips are the usual areas we look at for everyone. Those are the areas of the face that are giving us visual queues to the conversation, so that would be normal behavior. I'm sure if you stop to think about it, you also look at people's eyes and lips during conversation.
If you have a counsellor at school or work that you can talk to, you may want to discuss this with them. These types of obsessive thoughts (people are staring at me) can indicate other problems, and should be addressed by a professional.

Maybe you should stop getting those lip plumping injections from your cosemtologist, plastic surgeon, etc. if you are so self-conscious about it.
