They are both competing with a very high ranking.

Well I'm not an expert on Howard Dean, seeing how he is only a tool for the left to raise money and has no real influence on this country; And George W Bush graduated from Yale and then proceeded to become the Leader of the free world. I would would have to ask who is a bigger idiot, you or Dean?
Oh By the way what have you accomplished with your life?

Bush. Dean just made an as$ out of himself on tv once; Bush is still doing it after six years. Hell, I'd vote for Dean if he didn't take himself out of the last election race.

Bush. Bush was poor at running businesses. He rode his daddy's coattails to power.
Dean is a doctor. Dean was a better governor. Dean has passion.

I think that Bush43 is because he has the power of the presidency under and behind him when he acts. That said I think the Q asked is typical of the contest mentality and it serves no good purpose to ask it. And frankly it suggests there is an idiot behind the Q! The Q takes up valuable time and space and undermines the value of the Yahoo Answers forum.

Bush. At least Dean believes in something and goes after it.
Bush needs Dick Cheney's permission to do anything, including zipping up his pants

DEAN. For his failure to realize Clinton and the DemocRATS are responsible for the mess in the Middle East and North Korea. Remember, Clinton gave the North Koreans money to build a nuclear power plant and made them promise not to use it to build NUKES. HA. He also, supposedly, brokered peace between Israel and Lebanon. Well, you can see were appeasement gets a country. Typical liberal, tree hugging, peace loving, hippies who support policies that destroy.

"President" Dubya Bush, no contest.
Being a doctor and understanding illness, as well as caring about others, Dean would never have vetoed stem cell research as consistently and often as Dubya.
