As long as their is no kryptonite or magic, Superman is indestructable and wins hands down. Sups definitely beats the hulk every time. No contest.

Goku. Ok, so you have the best of Marvel, which is The Hulk, then the best of DC, which is Superman, and then 3 Saiyans, Goku, Vegeta and Trunks, three of the best warriors in the unverse.
However, Superman and The Hulk would not last long in this fight, they would be knocked down first, followed by Trunks, which is the youngest Saiyan of the three. The real fight would be between Goku and Vegeta, and as show every single time in the Dragonball Z and Dragonball GT series, Goku always comes out the winner.
The reasons why I say that Superman would be knocked out first is because he is not that great of a fighter, he mostly relies on his invincibility to win his fights. The same about The Incredible Hulk. He is really strong as well and has the healing factor on his hand so that's always a good thing. However, the fight Trunks (since Goku and Vegeta would not even both fighting anyone else then themselves) would put up, would destroy even someone like The Hulk. Trunk is super strong, fast, can fire energy blasts strong enough to destroy earth, and he can do all those without even going Super Saiyan. He also was his sword with him so all he was to do to Hulk is the same thing he did to Frieza, and which is chop him in a million pieces and then blast them all away. There is no way Hulk could regenerate and survive and attack like that. Trunks would probably go after Superman next. Superman would be a better match, since he has more abilities, like flying, icy breath, eye laser, super strength and speed, and X-ray vision. Trunk would probably try to stay at the same level as Superman, making Superman think that he has a chance, and then go Super Saiyan. Seeing how much powerful Trunks is Superman would probably give up since there would not be much point in trying to fight him and Trunk would accept Superman's defeat andd let him walk away since Trunks is a good guy too, and would not kill some good, some one that is trying to save innocents' lifes as well.
However, since neither Superman or Trunks are strong enough to challenge Goku or Vegeta, they would just stand aside and watch the whole fight, since it would be a pretty good one, I mean, it's Goku vs. Vegeta, this could be the fight of the century. Superman might have problems though, trying to keep up with their speed since they would both probably fight as Super Saiyan 2. I don't think Goku would go higher then that since he does not like to have an unfair advantage, knowing that Vegeta can't turn SSJ 3 or SSJ4. In the end Goku would come out the winnner, however he would be pretty baddly injured since Vegeta is almost as strong as him and would give Goku a run for his money.
The next thing that would happen is that Trunk swould probably come and give everyone a Senzu Bean in order for everyone to recover from their injuries. Goku, Trunks and Superman would probably become very good friends and decide to fight together agaist evil. Vegeta would porbably just fly away as soon as Trunks gives him the Senzu Bean, since he would feel too embaraced that a low class warrior defeated him.
Winner: Goku
Note: The only reason why The Hulk was destroied by Trunks is because once Bruce becomes Hulk, he has no control anymore, and no mental jugement. He would just become stronger and stronger, not as strong as a Saiyan though proably, but still, there would not be any way to knock him unconcious due to his healing factor or change him back, since Hulk becomes Bruce only after he achives that he was after and becomes calm again. That's why in a fight against a Saiyan, he would just get madder and madder and never actually win, causing him to do crazy things and put in jeopardy the lifes of innocent people around.

goku vegeta and trunks are all able to kill hulk but vegeta and goku could kill trunks then vegeta and goku are tied.
