Southern accents...Kentucky and W. Virginia accents don't count, they're different and frankly quite annoying. Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, etc. are where the best ones are.
California and Michigan accents are annoying (no offense to people who live in those states.) Actually, I really don't mind northeastern (NY/DC/NJ) accents, oddly enough. Great plains accents (Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri) I don't mind, either.

Southern brotha's!!!! Like people from TN, alabama, Miss'ippi, New Orleans and especially Atlanta! Might as well just count the whole sunbelt! (And I know you didn't ask, but the North East accents are the most annoying and un-sexy, like NY, NJ, PA, MA, all them)

And those classic English and Ausssies are too hott.
But have you ever heard Norwegian? We had an exchange student from there. DAMN! he was HOTT and that accent...girls were LINING UP!
