because bush is a moron and so is his cabinet....he does things for his own gain only and thus hurting countries that need us to help out...so over a few short years many countries want to kick our ***

It certainly is not or else most of the rest of the world wouldn't have its hand out to us all the time. The only reason the idea that we're hated is floating about is that the current media is owned by people who do not agree with the administration in place now. They think if we hide our head in the sand and treat everyone nice that there will be less chance of trouble. Thats how 9/11 happened and I don't know about you but I don't want that to happen ever again. What I love about America is that we're about "Hey do what you want but don't hurt anyone and stay in your own yard." When countries start to think about domination thats when they're infringing on the rights of others. We can share commerce if invited in but to take over countries ain't our gig. We left France, Germany, Japan, Korea,Grenada, Panama but none of them until the job was done. Tin horn dictators with narcissitic problems will always exist. Thats why they need to get spanked by countries who want everyone to be able to do their thing. Can you prove other than by the crap in the news that we are the most hated? No. This is just an opinion and unprovable. Stew

Where did you read that.. No where.. We are not the most hated country in the world the U.S. does a lot for other countries financially. We were the U.S. before the war started, we didn't just become the United States when the war in Iraq started.So many foreigners come to live here not b/c we are hated America will always have good relationships with other countries and always will. We will come together b/c we need each other.

it's easy. coz your nation, this or that way, did harm to a lot of other nations. thus u overcome russia coz they did harm to a smaller number of people(nations - coz , well, i guess russian rulers did harm to a few million of people directly) and monaco that i don't believe did harm to any nations at all.
stupid answer, ain't it :-)
when u try to help somebody and u want to gain something, it always ends like that. and plus if u don't understand other nations. but, can u think of a nation that can fully understand another? i don't think so. and unfortunatly, advisors are usually poorly qualified, or they can't get through to US presidents' minds
so, hatrid is inevitable.
but take heart, i feel america did a hell of a good work throughout the last century, and i'm sure there are nations who are gratful to the USA. i just can't spoke for somebody else. i'm a pole and on the whole, i'd say that the usa played rather possitive role in polish history.

People only try to tear down whoever is at the top. Why bother complaining about a country that doesn' do anything? Plus, if the US is hated so much, why are we the place everyone is trying to sneak into so they can have a better life? And, why are we the first country people expect to give aid when there is a tragedy?

I think is has to do with how the US always wants to take over everything and have no one above them. Yet no one out there is trying to say they are better than us.....its like the US just looks for people to pick on when they get bored......who know's. Too bad a few bad guys represent all of us from the US as a whole.

I have always wondered why if so much of the rest of the world's population hates the US so much why do so many of them want to immigrate to here? If it's that awful, let's completely close up our borders and protect the people from straying into the bad, awful country.

Is it really hated by most real people?
they don't hate us due to our designer jeans, cosmetics, and shopping malls
they don't hate us due to our movie and tv shows
they hate some of our policies though.
however, i'll bet that most humans don't think about us much during any given day.
