Would you have one of your fingers surgically removed if it guaranteed immunity from all major diseases?

Do any of the questions in here any have significant relevance? It would be surgical.. and it would guarantee that you would NEVER get a disease.

Yeah, I think that would be fair. Statistically, we will all be afflicted with some disease someday, so hell yeah, have a finger. Just not the middle one cuz I use that frequently. ; 0

There's no guarantee that you'd ever get any of the "major diseases" .... why lose a finger when there's a chance you could keep it and not get sick anyway?

of course. I whould lose a finger for that. If i get immunity from all diseases, AIDS cant affect me. Even though my immune system is down, i still cant get a disease.

Well, that's a tough one, and if you don't mind my asking, in what way is this relevant? Anyway, that's a maybe on my part. It depends what diseases you're including, and which finger.
