I do not think so but you can pt shaving cream on a jellyfish sting.
(To remove remaining tentacles, may use flour or shaving cream and scrape with a dull instrument such as a credit card.) Apply a cream containing a pain killer, an antihistamine, and a corticosteroid.

If the chemical was swallowed, immediately give the person water or milk, unless instructed otherwise by a health care provider. DO NOT give water or milk if the patient is having symptoms (such as vomiting, convulsions, or a decreased level of alertness) that make it hard to swallow.
Before Calling Emergency
Determine the following information:
The patient's age, weight, and condition
The name of the product (ingredients and strengths, if known)
The time it was swallowed
The amount swallowed
The National Poison Control Center (1-800-222-1222) can be called from anywhere in the United States. This national hotline number will let you talk to experts in poisoning. They will give you further instructions.
This is a free and confidential service. All local poison control centers in the U.S. use this national number. You should call if you have any questions about poisoning or poison prevention. It does NOT need to be an emergency. You can call for any reason, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Take the container with you to the hospital, if possible.
See National Poison Control center.
What to Expect at the Emergency Room
The health care provider will measure and monitor the patient's vital signs, including temperature, pulse, breathing rate, and blood pressure. The patient may receive:
Fluids by IV
Medicines to treat symptoms
Medicines to treat the allergic reaction (diphenhydramine and prednisone)
Outlook (Prognosis)
Since these products are relatively nontoxic, recovery is very likely.

I don't think so but wait... why would anyone swallow a shaving cream on the first place? Unless he doesn't know how to read or if the label says it's safe to swallow the content then I might as well consume its content, perhaps swallowing a shaving cream would prevent my beared and mustache from growing, then I recommend you begin the process.

Personally I find that Shaving cream makes the best laxative ever. Any time that I am slightly stopped up, I reach for the closest can of shaving cream. Plus it makes you high as hell and you get a clean shave.

Only if it is laced with poison. Your digestive tract will probably react with the soap element and everything you have eaten for a week will come up. Although you probably didn't eat them, don't be surprised if you vomit up your socks as well.
