Zap a Gap.

Really any super glue will work. Be sure to prep the areas.
Scuff the surfaces with a file. Make sure they are clean.

When you glue the pieces together make sure they are supported so they won't fall off while setting.

JB Weld, is a 2 part epoxy made for metal, you can sand it or grind it. But if it is a very small sewing machine piece, have it replaced.

Gorilla Glue may do the job, however it is unlikely you will find any glue that will hold for very long if there is much stress on the part you wish to repair.
If you can buy a new, or used replacement part I think you will be more satisfied with the repair.

Try some J B Weld. It holds to metal very well. Check at your local auto parts store.

Take it to a machine shop where they might be able to solder it together (similar to welding). It will be much stronger than any glue.
