In my opinion the only way to get the middle east on track is to eliminate the zealot factions that want to dominate the world via Islamic fundamentalism. This is such a joke as Islam is not about this at all. I see a stronger nation or consortium of nations dominating the scene in a benevolent way so as to educate the people who live there and have them eventually wake up that they have to live in the world peacefully with everybody else. The fundamentalists use ignorance and fear to dominate. How nice. THis is what the world needs? I think not.
