Search somewhere in Mugglenet. I think I read an editorial in which someone mentioned 'bout this door, like it opens on Hallowe'en or someone got Book VI chapter headings from there or something like that. Sorry, I don't remember correctly.

No. Periodically the "Do Not Disturb" sign will disappear. Then there will be a way to open it and there will be new information from JK Rowling on the inside. While the sign is up, there's no way to open it.
