WHAT EVER!!!! I have the BEST DIET EVER!!!! I just lost 30 lbs!! I had a baby a few months ago and that was my 4th kid!!! I thought I will just be a big mommie for ever (OH WELL, Right) NO way CHick I cant go to the store with out Guys Hitting on me!!!! I AM HOT AGAIN!!! I am down to 115 and FIRM 2!!! ok here it is. I got a diet pill called phentermine. you can get it COD off the internet. dont even need a CC#. and NO Script. And after taking it for about 1 week I lost 10 LBS!! no kidding. I dont have to take it any more but I have so much energy and my matabolisum is boosted so much because I had to exersise to burn up the energy the pills gave me! Just so I could sleep at night!! and Now just 3 months later i have lost a totle of 30 LBS and probly a few more by now. and I love to exersise about 30 min a day no more than that , and my favorite thing is still Reeses Penutbuter cups!!! I eat like a pig. But really I still try to eat Health. The penutbuter has lots of protines in it and thats what my body needs to make muscule now. Hope this helps. AND 62 oz of water a day!!

Maybe your friend should try running or jogging. Its a great way to lose weight because it works the whole body. Its also a great cardiovascular workout.
