Majin Buu. Awesome question, but the answer is obvious Majin Buu. I'm a huge Marvel and DBZ fan, and I can say that I know quite a few about King Kong as wel, so I can tell who the winner would be if the four of them ever faced eachother and decided to fight.
First of all, the strongest of all is Majin Buu, he has enough power to destroy all other three fighters without breaking a sweat and he's the only one that can fly. Hulk would come out second in terms of raw power, but not untill he gets mad and powers up. Next I have to go with The Juggernaut, since he is unstoppable, and can destroy anything that is in his way, unlike King Kong, who in the movie was takes down by airplane bullets.
However, this would not be much of a fight since Majin Buu would see who strong The Hulk and The Juggernaut really are, so he would go straight ahead and destroy King Kong with a simple blast. Nest thing he would do, since he would want to be even more powerfull, like he's not powerfull enough already, he would transform Hulk and Juggernaut into candy or chololate and eat them. By doing this, he's strength will increase enormasly. Another way would he to send a part of him and grab onto Hulk and Juggernaut and then absorb them, which would result into the same thing, tremendous power increase.

Probably the juggernaut because he doesn't need to eat, drink, or breathe to live, and while he is moving, nothing in the universe can stop him! things can slow him down, but nothing can stop him. Says so on the Marvel site.
So if he kept moving, he could knock out everyone else.

the hulk would be the second runner up... but in the end, buu would be the last man standing, as it were.
