Ok, my friend is head over heels for this guy at school. People asked him if he was interested in her, and he said, "yeah right!" and continued making her the butt of his jokes. Should i tell my friend this?? Wouldnt it hurt her feelings?? Or should i keep it to myself??

That's a tough one. She should not be so enamoured with an asshole, but you don't want to hurt her feelings. I think this guy does not deserve her respect and infactuation. He sounds like a real jerk! Probably nothing you tell her, other than the truth, will make her stop liking him, so I say go ahead and tell her! Let her see him for the jerk he is! That way she will stop liking him and she will no longer be the butt of his jokes. Also, let her know that the things he is saying about her are just his opinions and the opinions of no one else (then the two of you find something about him to make fun of...just kidding). Who wants to be with a guy like that!?
Next time he says something about her, be sure to defend her too!

Definitely let her know -- gently from you rather than harshly from someone else who heard it and wants to rub it in! But make sure someone else is there who can confirm it so you don't get the "You're just jealous!" routine thrown at you and lose a friend. Hate to see the two of you split over some guy so not worth it. Good luck.

Next time she raves about him you should tell her that he has no class and talks about people he doesn't even know well and that it makes you mad. When she asks "who" tell her it is her. I think you should tell her so she can stop embarrassing herself and stop wasting energy on a lowlife.

Your her friend its best that you tell her rather then she find out from someone else.....once you tell her just make her feel better...say he was a loser anyways...etc...
