Yes you should. What's the point of being on birth control if you miss so many pills. What you need to do is go to Walmart and buy a cheap alarm clock and set it for the same time everyday so that you can be reminded to take it everyday at the same time. That's the only way that it will be effective. It worked for me.

Yes you should be concerned, but it depends on what week of pills you missed. If this just happened within the last 24 hours you may be able to see a doctor who can prescribe the morning after pill. If it was the last week of pills in a 4 week pack, those are placebo pills anyway that are meant to allow you to have a period. You would be fine if those are the only 7 you missed. My biggest advice to you is if you are sexually active keep taking those pills, and see a doctor.

It depends on how long you were taking them before stopping. If you are talking years, you have less chance than if it was a month or so. The hormones build up in your system and will still "work" to an extent. It takes time for it to leave your system.
But I think you should also be aware that the pill is not 100% effective - I refer to my 11 month old daughter for the proof. You can still get pregnant on the pill. If I were you, I would buy the test and find out if you are to put yourself at ease. And if you're not, make him wear a condom.

Yes, why did you quit taking your pills in the first place? You should both be taking precautions no matter how much lust was involved in the discretion, being a mother at a young age is tough, there is alot that you miss and the fact that you have another person who depends on you is tough when you want to go out and party and you need to stay home to take care of a sick baby please be more careful and I would dump this guy if he has no concern for you when he acts carelessly too.

Yeah...I'd be a little worried! Hell...both times my aunt got pregnant, she was on the pill and taking it regularly. When did this happen? Is this something within the last 24 hours or a while ago? If it's a recent incident, you can talk with your doc about getting emergency contraceptive.

you do need to take a pregency test. i was taking the pill when i got pregnant with my oldest daughter. please, if you are not pregnant do use condoms too. the pill is not 100%effective. i love my daughter, but i was only 17 at the time and already had a 15 month old son. just be carefull.

For your own piece of mind, go to the doctors and get checked... for responsibility reasons, use a condom in addition to the pill because, neither of them are 100% effect, plus at least the condom will prevent STD's.
