I've used Plaster Bandages for this before. Someone has to help you if you want a mask of yourself. Be sure to put Vaseline on your face before applying the bandages. Not a ton, but enough to keep the plaster from sticking. I got the bandages at an art supply store.

clay? or I've made a mask of my face using this stuff that you wet, then you layer it onto your face and let it harden. It is strips of this white stuff. You should probably have someone help you.
