I guess it would depend on the situation and where you are at the time. In the work place, it can be said that the employer really does not care about how you feel versus if you were with your friends, in which case, I would hope they do care how you feel.

I have wondered the same thing. Especially when someone says "How are you doing?" as they are walking past. Most of the time I don't think that people care to know.

yes. if not, people wouldnt be answering your question. even if the people read this question of yours just once, its understood within the reader's emotions that he cares your feeling. so, its everything in how we communicate to others in the real world which makes them to feel for us. roger?

yes... i believe people are generally good and caring... BUT it depends on the type of career you go into... more of certain types of people flock to certain jobs, like business people will be more slick and dog eat dog, teachers will be more sympathetic, etc... but you have to know where and how to meet the right people... it's difficult to meet caring people in a bar... i have hope for humanity...we aren't all bad...
