Every application I filled out asked for a copy of my transcript. (and the HR dept. keeps it on file...)

typically the actual school you apply to will not require any transcripts. you should only need to provide you credential(s). you probably will need your transcripts to determine where you fall on the pay scale. but you would have to give the transcripts to the district office. there is usuallly a department within the school district office that deals with issues of placement on the pay scale. contact the district office for who/when to call.

Every county is different, every state is different.
But I've never heard of any one needing your college transcripts to get a job, just need to show you're certified.
I think to get certified you needed them but you already are. :)

I think your certification says it all, that is, if you are applying for a job there.
If you're talking about furthering your education then they usually ask for your college transcripts.

Most of the time, they'll just want to see your certification. I was never asked for my transcripts.

No one at the school itself is likely to ask for it.

the BOE of the school system may ask for it though

I had to supply mine to the district that hired me. I'm in Arizona.
