I have a 2 Bed Room trailer I need to sell.
We have to move sept. 1st 2006
and i would like to get 5,000 out of it
it is in battle creek, Michigan

We have a book in this area called "The Guide" all it does is list things for sale and the cost in minimal to advertise. The book its self is free and is published every week... I bought my trailer out of it.

If you don't have something like that, try the classifieds in the local paper.

Do anything that could increase the value of it. Painting, floors, cleaning. If you don't have a lot of money to spend, go to yard sales and try to make it look as cute as possible. Cleaning always increases the value of how anything looks. You want to make people have a good first impression when they come look at the trailer.

Bury a St. Joseph statue upside down in the back yard. That is how you sell homes.

Call a local realtor. It won' t cost you anything.

Find someone who specializes in selling trailers.

try advertising online with a realtor or in the papers. Not on here.
