Can anyone help me .I am trying to get the bbc learning link?

I get the page but cannot get a link when I want to get a special page. I was trying to get languages, but the page stayed blank. Please can anyone help me I am new to this so would be grateful thanks.

I got on to the bbc page and signed in then went to click arrow to start and blank page showed. what can I do?
