Dear Ghost Nation I would advise you to wear the yellow one with the red stripes, it suits your skin tone.
If it is not too impertinent, may I suggest you adjust your necklines. I think that your body shape would be enhanced by changing from a crew neck to a v neck collar. Given the current weather conditions you may find a change of collar will reduce your red cheeks due to over-heating.
As an adviser to other "special" clients (Barney, Big Bird, Nookie Bear) I would suggest that if cooler garments do not assist in reducing your "redness" that you reconsider your "blusher" for less definition.
You are certainly a style icon!

you need to cut all the red stripes out, leaving the yellow bits.
then cutout all the yellow stripes, leaving the red bits
then join all the red bits together to make a red jumper
and join all the yellow bits to make a yellow jumper.
then put them both back in the wardrobe because it's too hot to wear a jumper.
