If you really want a good exfoliator try the aromatherapy lines from "The Body Shop". Use them before you shave and you will get great results. Remember not to use a salt scrub after shaving or it will burn.

If you want a milder scrub they make one called Africa Salt Scrub, it's really creamy not oily and the salt is not as coarse as the aromatherapy ones.

You can also find sugar and rice scrubs from other companies but they are so mild they hardly do anything.

Try using a little milk in the water (it really softens your skin alot) and also try scrubbing your skin with regular table salt. If you allow the salt to dry, it will also exfoliate it even more, and as an added bonus- it might help to dry out any oily pores.

Im a massage therapist.
