I went to the Doctor's and they confirmed that I am pregnant. When will I have other signs? I haven't had any morning sickness which I am not complaining about, and I haven't felt overly tired.

Every woman is different. Every pregnancy is different. I only had morning sickness with one of my four pregnancies, and even then it didn't last long. As long as the doctor says everything is progressing nicely, don't worry and enjoy!

I'm now 13 weeks pregnant and it's only now I can see a tiny bump do I feel pregnant. I had really bad morning sickness and got so tired I could barely get out of bed in the morning and that was after twelve hours sleep. Everyone is different and I can't understand these women who know exactly which day their baby was conceived. Even now though I'm not feeling particularly maternal and have been thinking more along practical lines of where are we going to put the cot. Can I really get a travel system buggy through the front door?? Mad i know but that's just life. One thing I will warn you about are the times when you'll burst into tears for no reason whatsoever. My poor boyfriend has spent most of the last few weeks cuddling me as I cry.

You should be feeling like you are pregnant in no time. Are you six weeks from conception or did the doctor tell you you are six weeks? If the doctor told you you were six weeks, you are actually only four weeks from conception ( they count the two weeks before conception for ovulation time). The reason you may not be feeling "pregnant" is because you may not yet have a lot of the pregnancy hormone in your system yet. Every day you produce more and more of that hormone and that is what brings on the symptoms of pregnancy like being tired and morning sickness. I myself am 9 weeks pregnant (7 from conception) and I didn't start feeling alot of the symptoms until three weeks ago. I hope this helped. Good Luck!

You're one of the lucky ones. Enjoy it. However, when you get bigger, even though you may feel good otherwise, it is uncomfortable toting around that weight, and the continual trips to the bathroom are not fun - but look at the payoff. Watch your diet. Easy on the salt so you don't hold water and get swollen ankles. Maintain a healthy diet. Your baby will be born healthy and probably with a higher IQ.

You are very lucky. Everyone is different as far as the symptoms go. I myself had it all morning sickness, tired, moody, uncomfortable. Be glad you are having a easy pregnancy. Be sure to get lots of rest and take it easy. Good Luck!

I would say this is very normal. I have SEVERAL children and never had many symptoms while I was pregnant. I never had morning sickness... and always felt normal. Nothing to worry about ;) Wish you good luck and health!

yes, that is completely normal, as you have to understand that no two pregnancies are ever exactly alike.

I had 2 that were just like that. Pretty soon, you may start to eat your way thru 6 small meals a day, and your feet may swell, you may get leg cramps, and your stomach may start to hurt while it is stretching; and let's not forget the cravings you may start getting.

that's about how it went for me. Since I didn't get morning sickness with either one of my kids, I counted my blessings as you are doing.

best of luck to you.

the only symptoms I had with my first child was breast tenderness until about the 2 trimester and then the other effects where just food cravings and adverisons. Pretty easy pregnancy until the last 2 months then mainly foot pain was the worst some pregnancies are easy and other really suck (like my 2nd one,.............lol)

good luck to you and enjoy it!

Just be glad you feel so good. :-)
I had a friend who had a super easy pregnancy the whole way through like that. She just got a little achy towards the end and that was about it.
