I made the mistake of believing one of those "get a free razor phone" deals that pop up in Yahoo by Wirefly. Well its been a year and I have yet to get my rebate money back. I got an email last month saying they were going to email me again and let me know it had been mailed but have heard nothing since. I tried logging in again to check where my refund is but now the website has been disconnected and the 1-800 number is also. Who can I report them to? I've already accepted the fact that I'm never getting my money back. As a warning to everyone else do not buy anything from Wirefly. com.

Try www.bbbonline.org. It's for the better business bureau for online issues. They may be able to help you but I would not expect to ever see your money again. The scammers have probably moved on. That totally sucks.

I found a great web site called planetfeedback.com it has better business bureau, consumers reports and all kinds of places to report your feed back fot scams. Just click on consumers link and it'll show you all the places you can check out. It's awsome, I found it by accident and now I'm glad I did.

You can call the FBI, or report it to the IANA, at:

http://www.iana.org

http://www.fbi.gov

IANA will remove the Internet site. The FBI will put them in jail.

you have to report to you state attorney's office, they handle cases like this one, and if needed they will pass it on to higher authority.
