The only way, and I mean only way, is to wear a pair of underpants 4 sizes too small for a full year without taking them off. That will keep you safe, or at least you'll have other things to think about than the goblin sappers trap. Keep it tight!

There's a unit in Warcraft 2 called "Goblin Sappers", so I assume that's what you're talking about. I can't say I know what you mean by "dex", though. Well, anyway, the catapult's your best bet. Use a zeplin/flying machine to scout them out to know where to be careful. Or, you can use a peon/peasent to just spring the trap if you're impatient.
