Chimpy has no concept of how grownups act at meetings, much less a gathering of world leaders. Did you hear his other comments caught at the open mic? "I wanted a Diet Coke, not a regular Coke!" (to Tony Blair) "I didn't know it took eight hours to get back to London! Gosh, Russia's a big country!" During a speech, he pronounced the name of Putin's wife as "Mrs. Poo-teen" He chewed with his mouth open. Nice.

It is beyond me how most Americans are unaware what a laughing stock our President is in the eyes of the rest of the world. If there is any reason that I am furious with this President is the way he has singlehandedly destroyed all respect for the office and the country all over the world. This is damage that will take decades to restore.

The video clearly shows this was not a intimate type of massage. It was a quick 1 second 'handshake' type of massage hello. Sure it was unexpected, but it looks to me like Bush was just saying hello in his own way. You know how guys sometimes pat each other on the back or punch each other in the shoulder to say hello with a pal. Granted it was a woman, but it was that type of thing.

I have heard about this but finally just saw the video. Thanks.

It's only sexual harassment if the German Chancellor claims that she felt sexually harassed. What happened after that video clip ended? Did she smile and laugh? Did they make jokes? Or were they both feeling awkward.

I just wonder why people make such big deals over small things.

If he were the CEO of a company he would most certainly be fired, what an ape, who elected this clown? Whoever it was gave Bush Licence to embarrass me, I live in germany, they make fun of it all the time, the really think he's like an ape. Embarrassing isn't strong enough...

Buwahahahaha it really is priceless. Everything Bush does (like that pretzel-choking incident and the above massage thing) is really stupid and funny, even for him...This only shows you how crazy politicians worldwide really are. Oh well...nobody's perfect...even Liberals!!!

You people are spending entirely too much time on this. It was a gesture of, "hey Pal, how you doin'?" not "Hey Chancellor, can I get in your pants?" MOVE ON.
