You would have to be very regularly nursing him in order not to ovulate, as you have seen, if you are already having a cycle then you are ovulating, and the chances that you are going to get pregnant are very likely, congratulations, and my kids are 23 months apart and 26 months apart, so It will happen, just don't let yourself get too worried or stressed, as this will effect your cycle, and I nursed all through my pregnancy and then tandem, but make sure you are eating for 3, much success!!!

Giving birth to a new life is indeed a blessing which almost every woman would wish to have. How to get pregnant naturally https://tr.im/RoQ8Y
Enjoying the feeling of motherhood and raising a family would surely be a couple’s dream. Some get it naturally, while for some others things don’t seem to work as they desire. These reasons which stop a women from conceiving can be due to either physical reasons or truly physiological.

I have breastfed SEVERAL children and my period was held back for about 4 months... then I would have a partial period (very short) and sure enough would be pregnant the next month. So I would say that even with an irregular cycle that you definitley can! All you have to do is HOPE that you DO NOT get pregnant... and it will happen (lol)... wish you luck!

I have a few web sites I can recommend to help you track your fertility - you put in the information about your periods and it will tell you when you probably will ovulate - and of course as you mention, pay attention to mucus. I hope these help some!

Good luck!

i did not get mine till months when I stop nursing, and then abnormal at that for some months. I surely have also heard your era can go back in case you're nursing, yet quite typically of thumb i does no longer assume it... yet in case you do, does no longer problem. only keep in mind that that is trouble-free to get pregnant even even as you're nursing and do not have a era!!!

hello,,just wanted to add that i just quit bfing my 8 mth. old against my will ,,i was on medication that i had to quit nursing,,anyways i have yet to have my period,,i have nursed 4 children and have never had my period while nursing,,and have never gotten pregnant while nursing,,i have heard that it can happen, but nursing is a pretty good form of birth control in the first 6 mths. according to my dr. ,,i just wanted to add too ,,to the two unbelieveably rude posters that they should get a life and grow up!!! oh and it is perfectly natural to nurse even a 2 yr. old!!!! i pray you get what you want!!God bless

u need to go set a ovulation predictor kit....or try the clearblue easy fertility monitor it will tell you when you ovulate but if you stress about it it will be harder to consieve just relax and it will happen... we are about the same age and my daughter is 16months also... my husband and I are also trying for another child but we both know that we can concieve so we are just letting nature do its thing...i'm using the monitor but i dont let him know when i ovulate so he dont think that its a chore to have sex.

there is no reason you can't get pregnant while you are breastfeeding.
the real question here is why your child is still being breastfed at this age. My kids' pediatrician had them off the bottle and using a sippee cup at this age!
