cramping and bleedind (bright red blood) -- If you think you're having a miscarriage, you really need to call your doctor. The emergency room will just do blood work to see if you're pregnant and check your beta levels. . . it's a waste of time unless you're bleeding extremely heavily. Call your doctor first and he/she will tell you what to do. I've had 2 myself.

I had a miscarriage. There were a lot of big blood clots and a lot of pain like strong cramps. If you think you got your period but something is out of the norm like more pain than usual or a lot of clots or non stop bleeding check with your doctor.

It depends on the stage of pregnancy.
You get cramps and bleeding.
It's like having your cycle but your miscarrying the baby.
Symptoms again can be cramps, bleeding, discomfort.
I had a miscarriage and didn't know I was having one.

It really depends on what kind of miscarage,I had a moler miscarage and it was real sharp pains and lots of blood clots, not just blood.BUT you could be prego and still have sharp pains and be O.K. just wacth for blood.
