Not really like you ask. There are shoes I have seen in gardening catalogs that fit over your normal shoes that have spikes in the base to help aerate your lawn.

The "experts" that I have read say that the shoes are worthless.

Not really, but you can try buying cleats (the soccer and baseball shoes with the tiny spikes in the bottom) and they will aerate the ground. The ground might just need to be aerated, so just wear cleats and walk around the yard a little more after you mow.

I have heard of shoes you can wear to aerate your lawn while walking behind the lawn mower. Don't know of any fertilizer ones.
