Absolutely not some may clean your fuel system which will deliver better performance but you also run the risk of damaging your catalytic converter if you don't use the right stuff. AAA has tried many of these additives and various different devises that claim to help fuel economy but non have been proven to do so at all.
If you really want to save on fuel just do it the old fashion way!
A) don't accelerate quickly
B) Maintain your car properly ie Air filter, Fuel Filter, spark plugs, and regular oil changes
C) Keep your car light! Empty useless items from the trunk
D) Just drive clean no speeding turning hard braking hard or being rough at all!

I dont think its a good idea.Since nowdays all fuel is added additive by the respective companies,by adding yr own will react with that additive and this might damage the engine on the long run and performance.thk u

Yup, add a hundred gallons of additives and you'll use a 100 gallons less gas - over the long run.
Won't save any money though...

This one will. 3oz of acetone per 10gal of fuel. For cleaning the injectors us an additive with Techron. It's about the only one that really works.

no but some can clean carb or injectors. Others can dry up warer in the tank. Most are waste of$$$

No. It helps your fuel system if not used more than once a month. But I say the stuff is quack.
