You should be able to go to the county court house where the papers were filed and request a copy. If the case was handled by the state then maybe call the child support office that handled the case.

Contact the court where the Order was made as the solicitor who dealt with the matter will have destroyed their files by this time.

I agree with Boo above. Laws vary from state to state and from circumstance to circumstance. You need good legal advice. There may be a free legal center near you. Start with one agency and they can at least get you referred to the appropriate one.
