thats great i am glad you want to start your son so early. He will probably understand it better if you start with episode one and go to 6. Fisrt THE PHANTOME MENACE then THE CLONE WARS then REVENGE OF THE SITH then A NEW HOPE then THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK then RETURN OF THE JEDI. You should encorage him (most people who realy like star wras a very smart)

Five years old it too yyoung for Star Wars - some pretty violent and scary scenes for a kid that young. wait until he's 10.

Start with the old trilogy because it's less violent then start at the new one and stop before revenge of the sith. That's for later.
