Is that means that PC2 5300 is DDR2, and the PC 5300 is the DDR???

There is no PC 5300, I don't know where you saw that but it does not exist. As far as PC2 5300, that is DDR2 memory operating at a speed of 667MHz. But, PC 5300 memory does not exist.

Yeap, PC2 is for DDR2 and PC is for DDR , and i hope you know that only a certain type can go into your computer if ur adding it in
Plus PC2 5300 is slower than PC 5300 for some reason
