- blur tool will make the pictures appear blur or simply blurs the area where you paint.

The blur tool is especially helpful after I superimpose an image into another photo and I want to blend the edges into the background to make it look more realistic. There are lots of reasons I use the blur tool, but this is the most likely reason.

It can be used in many ways. For example, you can use it smoothen the edges of an image after using the polygon lasso tool. :D
