yah in the begining she was the smart one but they slowly made her ditsy and i dont like her anymore...

I don't know about lately, but Chelsea always kind of seemed to be the lovable ditzy friend, even in the beginning.

I don't watch it too much, but yeah. I think she got really ditzy. I think she acts more stupid now than she does ditzy, though. I used to really like her character, but now I don't.
