Mike tyson would beat the living hell out of Rocky...why? because Rocky is a movie...not a real fighter...Sylvester stallone would get beat down...Mike Tyson was an awesome fighter in his prime...and Sly probably would never wanna box again after fighting him.

Mike Tyson, hands down... but it would go the whole 12 rounds, and at the end, everyone would be cheering ROCKY! ROCKY!!
Except for Apollo Creed... cuz Clubber Lang took him out... and Mickey, because, well... he's dead too... or Paulie, who's still alive, but I'll bet the constant Cigar smoking has done some damage to his vocal chords...
