This depends on the medication in question. With some medications it is inconsequential or even encouraged to take them with milk - especially for those that are rough on the stomach like naproxen or ibuprofen. However, for many antibiotics you should avoid taking them with milk. Antibiotics like fluoroquinolones, tetracyclines and some macrolides are deactivated by calcium, iron and magnesium. Products to avoid while on these medication include: dairy prodcuts or calcium supplements, iron supplements, antacids and some laxatives. If you have questions about a specific product feel free to email me.

I doublt it, milk is pretty neutral. However, I'm not a doctor oe a chemist so wouldn't it make much more sense to ask them before trying it?
This is the last place you should visit for medical advice as the wrong advice could prove potentially fatal and you've got no way of knowing the real knowledge of the person giving the advice.
If you are going to use the web for medical advice, make sure you visit recognised sites from bona fide medical institutions.

It depends on the medication. Anytime it says to take with food, milk would do as a substitute, because of the protein in it.

Water is always the best as there isn't any chemical changes to the medicines that you ingest.
