Michigan. Very low risk of natural disasters (see link below, it's the only purple state on the map). And, the last time a war was fought in Michigan was 1812.

I don't think there's anyplace that's truly 'safe' except for maybe a reinforced command bunker under a mountain someplace.
Best thing is to be aware of the risks in your area.
Earthquakes? Anchor your shelves and put together an emergency kit.
Wildfires? Keep your yard and fencelines clear of weeds, prune your trees so they don't overhang your house, redo your roof (tile and tin is better than wood shake) and water your lawn, or replace it with a rock garden or other non-flammable 'break'.
Gang activity/Drugs/Crime? get with the local cops and your neighbors, and start getting involved in the community. Report suspicious activity, don't let it 'go on'. Criminals hate attention.
Civil War? Probably be a good idea to move elsewhere if you've got the chance/opportunity.

I would say Singapore. It is one of the safest city. There is almost no natural disaster in Singapore. Only once in a blue moon that it ever flood due to choke drains. Singapore also has one of the lowest crime rate and enjoy good economy growth due to the efficient government.

Safest is probably in the smallest high rise in you can find in the midwest. It must be away from large cities. So, some dormitories would probably be the safest. Go with privately owned single sex just to be a little safer. High rises are very tornado resistant...

No where is safe if it's time for you to go. With G-d, nothing can stand against you. With G-d, you could be in the midst of a war and still survive.
Yet sometimes bad things happen to good people. If it's your time to go, then meet your end with courage and dignity. Do not worry for the safety of your body. Rather, pray for the courage and serenity to meet any fate.

Most places are very safe. Just avoid the whole middle east, the Gulf Coast states of the US, and probably most of California.

just look on the news, and pick a country , that you dont seem to hear much bad things about.
Although Australia , may not be everyones ' cup of tea ' , and yes we still have our problems, compared to some countries at moment, we do seem quite lucky !!
